Technological advancements are happening faster than ever before. All parts of society will be better off if leaders across sectors join forces to stay on top of the changes.

How can industrial players, academia and the startup ecosystem best work together to secure continued and increased growth? What technological and developmental trends will affect managers and workers alike, and how can we best prepare for them? And what is the status quo within #edtech in Trøndelag? Join us at Work-Work on August 24th to learn more and ask questions to experts within the field - 08.00-10.00.

Speakers:

Marius Thorvaldsen is the founder of Maroto, an ed-tech startup on a mission to improve education through gamification. Marius is also an Assistant Professor at NTNU and is very passionate about both educational politics and #edtech.

Magnus Sandberg is a PhD scholar at NTNU who researches digital, gamebased learning. From 2014-2016, he was also part of the project “Smart læring” where they hosted a MOOC (Massive, open, online course) and established Center for Smart Learning at NTNU.

Tom Arnøy is the CEO and co-founder of Zedge. Zedge is an excellent example of a Trondheim-based technology company that aims to continuously develop own employees and rig the organization for the future.

This event will be held in English.
